Citrus Marmalade

Description

This is marmalade with more than just oranges. The addition of plump juicy grapefruit and juice of lemons slow simmered to soften peels and then some sugar cooked in, but not too much, makes a delicious spread or glaze. With a marmalade, I think you should still have the tang of the citrus. And this is a perfect blend of sweet and sassy.
