Annual Maple Syrup Open House

It’s maple syrup season! Come witness the age old tradition of turning maple tree sap into all natural maple syrup using a wood fired evaporator.

Our Open House grows every year and people are amazed that you can make maple syrup in Pennsylvania let alone the Poconos.  We like to think our syrup is the best tasting around and our customers think so too.  Although we add more and more trees every year we usually sell out of syrup by summer.

There will be lots to do including a walk in the sugar woods,  tree tapping demonstrations, and of course lots of tasting.

Please come out and join us for some maple talk and the season’s first bottled batches of all natural maple syrup.  If you would like to take a walk into the woods to tap trees please dress accordingly, conditions in the woods this time of year tend to be muddy.  Please call for information and directions
