About Us

Located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of northeast Pennsylvania, Dutch Hill Preserves Co. grows over 75% of the fruit and vegetables used in our product  and  we pick another 20% picked  at local pick your own farms.  The remaining  5% (lemons and oranges don’t grow real well in Pennsylvania!) of the fruit used in our products as ‘store bought’. This provides you the assurance you are receiving the freshest flavor from all fruits and berries that are picked in season at peak ripeness.  By producing small batches at a time we utilize the natural sugars in the fruit. This is the type of jam your grandmother used to make the old fashioned way – all natural and naturally sweet!

 Dutch Hill Preserves Co uses recipes handed down for generations. These recipes require real fruit, not fruit juices and artificial flavoring you find in mass produced varieties.   All products are 100% natural, in fact all fruit grown by us is all organic, no fertilizers or sprays are used.  We prefer the old fashioned way; compost, compost and more compost.

Favorites such as strawberry, grape and blueberry may be the most requested but old fashioned varieties such as currant, elderberry, gooseberry and violet are bringing back lots of memories for many people.

Although we continue to plant new and exciting fruits as well as adding to old groves, top selling products are periodically out of stock until the next growing season.
